Return Policy
At TheBraGirl, we want you to love your purchase! Here’s our friendly return and exchange policy to ensure you get the perfect fit!

Virtual Fitting:
If you were fitted virtually and experience any issues with the fit (too big or too small) of your lingerie when you received delivery of it, we’re happy to exchange at no extra cost.

Without Virtual Fitting:
If you chose not to have a virtual fitting and would like to exchange your bra, we’ll gladly assist you. Please note that you’ll be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Condition of Bras:
To ensure a smooth exchange, please make sure the bra is in the same condition as when you received it. If it’s worn beyond the initial trial, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.

No Refunds:
Please note that we do not offer refunds. Exchanges can be made for another lingerie or any other items in our store.

Timeframe for Returns:
Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. Bras must not be worn except for the initial fitting.

In-Store Purchases:
If you purchase in-store, please check your items before leaving. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any damages that occur outside the store. However, if you experience extreme wear within 7 days of purchase, we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange, as we expect our bras to be of high quality and durability.
